The Remarkables is a 24 hour, seven days per week operation with multiple natural and operational hazards. To ensure you are safely equipped for the day, make sure you check the full mountain report before you travel to The Remarkables. Travelling in, adjacent to, or under remarkables trail map paths while ski patrol is performing avalanche control work.
The program runs from 10am to 4pm.
The early morning snow report is accurate at the time it is published, however conditions are subject to rapid change. Grab a bus from the Snow Centre remarkables trail map any Hotel in Queenstown. If you decide to go skiing or snowboarding in the back country, you need to carry the right safety equipment.

The Remarkables Ski Area is a 40 minute drive from Queenstown. Take responsibility for your own safety and be equipped with the proper gear.
